Sweet – glad to here you are coming to PDX in springtime! I’ll be there with several friends. I think you doing your own thing is awesome. All good things (Spankers) come to an end eventually. This opens the door for new experiences. As a father of 3 I know how life changing having a child can be. It is the MOST inspiring thing to ever happen. Good luck cause I know life won’t suck for you! As for Chelseas request to have you join the Spankers. Go see the Spankers sans Wammo and go see Wammo too. They are both great whether together or apart.

Just went to the Spanker’s farewell show in New Orleans and was surprised and disappointed that you were no longer with the band. I miss the good old days with Pops, Mysterious John and you of course. Even the girl that always flashed the band wasn’t there. I was glad that my daughter could see the group before it disbands but I let her know how much better the show would have been if you would have still been with the band. Thanks for the memories and good luck with all of your future endeavors.

Sorry to hear about the end of the Spankers I saw the Spankers twice at the Claremont Folk Music Center in California. Both times, you were great. My question: What was that like?

Love the paintings… Big fan of texture and the idea of paint immersion (the subconscious fully inter-acting with the canvas) Really good stuff.. You should be proud.
